The villa is located in the small village of Fabbrica, between the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence, within easy reach of Tuscany's most important art cities and the region's many cultural, historical, artistic and gastronomic itineraries, including the wine route. Nineteenth-century furniture, decorations, frescoes and vaulted ceilings lend the villa a special elegance and transport us back in time. The outdoor areas, accessible from the kitchen and living room, include a paved garden with a loggia equipped for outdoor dining, from which there is a splendid view over the vineyards and hills to the wonderful city of Volterra. From here, a small brick staircase leads down to the garden where you'll find the panoramic swimming pool (12x4m; depth 1.3 m) (02/05-15/10) with Jacuzzi zone and solarium area equipped with sunbeds.
