Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The exteriors are characterized by a vast, well-kept garden, largely laid to lawn with trees of all kinds, shrubs and flowers. The swimming pool, rectangular in shape and with a hydro-massage area, measures 6x12 with a depth of 1.50 meters; it is situated in a beautiful panoramic position further down from the house, on a sheltered area reached by a small stone staircase. The area around the pool is equipped with an external hot-water shower, sunbeds and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the pergola. With access from the dining room, guests have at their disposal a shaded area with a gazebo equipped with table, chairs and portable barbecue for outdoor grilling. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
The villa is distributed over two levels; its restructuring has enabled all the original features to be retained, such as the exposed stonework on some internal walls, as well as the arches and wooden-beamed ceilings. The first floor opens onto a bright living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, a large fireplace and satellite TV, connected by a brick arch to the dining room, which also has access to the outside. Down 4 steps, in a separate room, you'll find a large fitted kitchen with direct access to the outside, and a bathroom with shower. From the living room, a wooden staircase or external stairs take you to the second floor, where you'll find 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bath and shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Casa Chiara lies in a tranquil, panoramic position among the green hills between Tuscany and Umbria, in the outskirts of a small, ancient village surrounded by magnificent oak and chestnut forests.

Casa Chiara is strategically positioned for visiting Cortona, with its majestic Etruscan walls, Perugia and Assisi. A not-to-be-missed excursion is to Lake Trasimeno, where you can rent a boat and dine in one of the many small restaurants. Other small Tuscan towns are also within easy reach, and Arezzo is well worth a day's visit. Golf lovers have a course about half an hour's drive away.
