This residence was once one of those splendid farmhouses scattered across the Tuscan countryside. The ancient Etruscans built their houses on hilltops, not only for health reasons, but also because they loved views and beauty: concepts that we still consider when choosing a vacation home. The property's location offers countless leisure opportunities, with the thermal baths of Chianciano just a few kilometers away, and all the splendid old villages to visit, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, a true architectural gem, or Montalcino and its prestigious Brunello wine. Siena is further away, but also very easy to reach. Completely restored, the farmhouse has been transformed into two interconnecting apartments, allowing two families of friends to vacation together while preserving their own privacy. All around, the cultivated countryside is made up of small vineyards, olive groves, fields and groves. The fenced-in property includes large landscaped areas and a swimming pool (12x5m; depth 1.20-1.70m)(15/05-30/09).
