The "Setteponti" country house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, in a panoramic, tranquil position in the heart of the upper Arno Valley. The town of Loro Ciuffenna, which has preserved many aspects of its ancient medieval castle, is around 2 km away. Thanks to the house's geographical position, the major Tuscan art cities of Siena, Florence and Arezzo can be reached in less than an hour by car. In the surrounding area, along the hill road of the ancient "Setteponti", you'll find numerous minor centers rich in history, Romanesque parish churches and medieval villages. The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of approx. 1500 m2, equipped with sunbeds, stone barbecue and private swimming pool (6x12 prof. 1.40 m) (01/05-30/09) with external shower. Daily cleaning, cook, cooking lessons, baby sitter available on request at time of booking and payable on site. Baby cot included in the price. Wi fi connection available. Three car boxes are available. Access via 150 m of white road reserved for guests; access to the villa is controlled by an automatic gate. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Small pets are allowed, subject to payment of 30.00 euros/week/pet. Arrivals must be between 4pm and 6pm. Departures must take place before 09:00 at the latest.
ACCOMMODATION: (210 m2) Ground floor: living room (satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation) with double sofa-bed, large kitchen/dining room (freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee machine, ironing board and iron) for up to 12 people, with access to the portico equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor meals, 1 double bedroom (bed length 2.1), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine, hairdryer). 1st floor: hallway, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace.
