Villa Ilaria is a recently restored 18th-century mansion in a tranquil position, surrounded by a vast fenced park of secular trees. The villa is part of a vast estate producing oil and wine, with a magnificent view over the surrounding hills rich in vineyards and olive groves. The location is ideal for a vacation with friends who wish to alternate absolute relaxation with cultural excursions in this corner of Tuscany. Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and the Montecatini thermal baths are all within easy reach. The beaches of Versilia are just as easy to reach from the freeway. The large outdoor spaces are characterized by the swimming pool (12x6 prof. 0.90-1.40 m) (02/06-29/09 open from 10:00 to 19:00) located 150 m from the house, with external shower. To be requested at time of booking and paid for on site: domestic help, cook for lunches and dinners, change of linen during the week. Part of the furnishings are period pieces. Access to the house via a 100 m dirt track. Internet wi fi included in the price. Central heating. Parking next to the villa.
