Property for exclusive use
Completely restructured late 19th-century villa on the first hills west of Florence. All around are cultivated fields, vineyards and olive groves. The villa is the ideal choice for a group of friends or a large family who wish to visit Florence in the morning, but prefer the coolness of the garden and swimming pool at the end of the day. For horse-riding enthusiasts, there's a riding school nearby where excursions into the surrounding hills can be organized. Guests have at their disposal an enclosed garden with swimming pool (5x10 prof. 1,2-2,1)(01/06-30/09 open from 09:00 to 21:00) and a pretty garden pavilion equipped for outdoor breakfasts, with barbecue and parasol. The Villa also has a dog-friendly area, shaded by olive trees and adjacent to the pool area. The interiors are decorated with comfortable furniture dating from the late 19th century, and the walls are painted in warm pastel colors. For guests' safety, the accommodation is equipped with a safe and an alarm system. On request, extra linen change, domestic help, guided tours of the cellars, cook. The villa is equipped with central heating, wifi internet connection and air conditioning. Ample covered parking for two cars. Please note: electric car recharging available on request and against payment. For stays of more than a week, possibility of interim cleaning on Saturday (beds and sanitary facilities): €130.00.
ATTENTION: the owner lives in an apartment on the first floor of the villa, with a separate entrance.
