Property for exclusive use
Il Roseto is a rural residence in the Umbrian countryside, transformed into a pleasant vacation home. It is part of a property comprising 2 other houses, Il Nocino and il Moraiolo, which are completely independent and have their own swimming pools, for a total of 22 beds. The property is not far from Deruta, a village renowned for its ceramics, and the old village of Montecastello. Umbria's central location provides easy access to the main historic towns of Perugia, Assisi and Todi. A visit to Lake Trasimeno and the Clitunno springs, celebrated by many writers, including the English poet Byron, is a must. The house is surrounded by a large, beautiful garden with lawns and flowering bushes, a swimming pool (12x6 m) (18/05-30/09) and a sheltered outdoor area equipped for outdoor meals (barbecue and wood-burning oven). On request and with payment of a supplement, guests can also enjoy a wellness center (closed in July and August), located on the property and shared with the other two farms, but for exclusive use by rotation (2-3 people, adults over 18 only), equipped with a Jacuzzi pool, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and massages. The price includes cleaning during the week (Wednesday). On request and payable on site: extra domestic help, cook, baby-sitter and cooking lessons. The accommodation is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi Internet access and air conditioning. Parking on the property.
