Characteristic apartment (55 m2) in an old barn that is part of a small hamlet of 18 houses, most of which are inhabited by their owners only during the holidays. The location in the hills of the Val d'Elsa is ideal for pleasant visits to the main cities of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Siena or Florence. The house, restored with great care and taste, is particularly suitable for a couple. The guests have two gardens: a small one in front of the house with a magnificent view of the hills, the other one, private at the back of the house, equipped for meals outside. The guests also have a fenced swimming pool (15x5m; depth 1.5-2.3m) (01/06-10/09) shared with the inhabitants of the village, each with its own sunbeds. Near the swimming pool there is a barbecue in common with the other guests. Baby bed and high chair available on request when booking. Central heating.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the situation on a hill, the alleys inside the village and those leading to the car park are sloping. Non-smoking accommodation.
HOUSING: Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace, individual sofa bed and cooking area (freezer, oven), 1 bathroom (shower and hair dryer). Going down a few steps, you can access the garden at the back. 1st Summer 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower).
DISTANCE: 9 km Colle Val d'Elsa (all shops, restaurants), 22 km San Gimignano, 35 Volterra, 40 km Siena, 58 km Florence.
