Property for exclusive use
Castellare de Sernigi is an ancient Tuscan villa typical of the Chianti hills, surrounded by countryside covered with vineyards and olive groves, with beautiful panoramic views. The property is set in a small hamlet with a bell tower and a small church. Restored in keeping with its original architecture using traditional materials, the villa has become a charming vacation home that evokes a fascinating past while offering an abundance of comforts and services such as air conditioning in every room. The location, between Florence and Siena, makes it an ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends who wish to alternate rest and excursions to two of the most famous cities of art. The surrounding area is rich in small villages steeped in history, such as San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, just a few kilometers away, where the gastronomy matches the enchanting scenery. Guests have access to a lovely garden with swimming pool (15x7m; depth 1.10-1.20m)(15/05-15/10) and outdoor shower, 2 gazebos and a barbecue. A short distance from the house is a tennis court, available to guests against payment and prior reservation. The accommodation is equipped with central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet access. The price includes 2 hours/day of domestic help (except Sundays and public holidays) and a welcome dinner.
Cook, cooking lessons and baby-sitting available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: only small pets are accepted and must be notified on arrival. Pets must be sociable with other animals, as the owner's dog has access to outside areas.
ACCOMMODATION: (550 m2) Ground floor: entrance via a courtyard equipped with table and chairs, living room, dining room with fireplace (not usable), well-equipped kitchen with dispensary and access to outside, laundry room, 1 twin-bedded room (can be joined together) with bathroom (bath and shower), WC. From the first floor, a few steps lead up to a twin-bedded room with bathroom (shower) - this simply furnished room is best suited to children. Still on the first floor, access to the cellar where farm produce is kept: olive oil and wine are available to guests and payable on site.
1st Floor 2 living rooms, 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom (shower), 1 twin bedroom (can be joined) with bathroom (shower), 1 single bedroom with bathroom (shower).
