Casale d'Asso is a fully restored 18th-century farmhouse located just outside the small medieval village that for six centuries has been owned by the Piccolomini family, an illustrious historical family whose name is linked to the Italian Renaissance. Close to San Giovanni d'Asso, centrally located between the Sienese Peaks and the Val d'Orcia, the farmhouse is an ideal destination both for those wishing to escape the stress of everyday life by immersing themselves in a setting from another time, and for those wishing to visit the nearby towns of Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, Cortona and Pienza.
The outdoor area features a large garden with a trapezoidal bird-shaped swimming pool (78 m2; 1.20-2m deep)(01/05-30/09). The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and a pergola with table and chairs. In front of the house is a large patio with barbecue, wood-burning oven and ping-pong table. The accommodation is equipped with Wifi Internet, cot, air conditioning in the 2 twin bedrooms and the double bedroom, and central heating. On request and payable on site, domestic help, baby-sitting service, cooking lessons, change of linen during the week, cook, shopping service delivered on arrival. Parking on the property.
