The house is located on the first slopes of the hills overlooking the Val di Chiana, with the small Etruscan town of Cortona in the background. The surrounding countryside is covered with olive groves, woods and vineyards. The location of the property, which straddles the border between Tuscany and Umbria, allows excursions to both regions. Lake Trasimeno is within easy reach as well as Perugia and Assisi. The Etruscan town of Chiusi is located a little further away and in the surrounding area there is the thermal spa of Chianciano. Guests wishing to take advantage of the vacation to relax can use the garden with flowers, lemon trees and an elastic mat for children. The swimming pool (9,50x4m; depth 1,50m) (15/05-30/09) is located in the upper part of the house. The property is fully fenced, ideal for holidaymakers with their dogs, and the house is equipped with central heating and Wifi internet. Covered parking.
