Ancient Tuscan mansion built on the remains of an ancient Roman residence. In fact, the Via Cassia, an important communication route of the Roman Empire, ran by the house. The property lies on a hillside in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and can be reached via a typical cypress-lined driveway. During your vacation, you'll have the choice of relaxing in the peaceful countryside or visiting the surrounding art towns, the splendid Chianti villages, spas, Romanesque churches, museums, or simply shopping in the many outlet malls that house the most prestigious Italian haute couture firms (Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana). The house is surrounded by a private area adorned with a fountain and equipped with garden furniture, and 50m away (outside the garden), a swimming pool (10X20m; depth 1.30-2.50m)(02/05-26/09) with external shower is shared with guests of the same owner's CASA DI AGNANO residence. Furnished with some antiques. Baby cot and Wifi Internet access included in the price. On request and payable on site: 2 extra beds (140 euros/week/bed), domestic help, baby-sitter, cook, cooking lessons. Central heating. Access via 700 m dirt track. Parking on property.
