Property for exclusive use
Palazzo Rosadi is an ancient country house whose origins date back to the 18th century. Restored in the 2000s, it has become a splendid vacation villa ideal for tourists who love the Tuscan countryside. Situated on a hilltop, it overlooks the valley of the village of Monterchi, famous for its small museum housing Piero della Francesca's famous painting "La Madonna del Parto". The property is surrounded by small cultivated fields and immense woods which, in September and October, offer fruitful harvests for mushroom lovers. The villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful countryside vacation away from the usual tourist routes. The park surrounding the villa features a beautiful, well-kept flower garden arranged over three levels. On one of these, below the villa, you'll find the swimming pool (12x6m; depth 1.50m) (01/05-01/10 open from 07.00 to 19.00), well equipped with sunbeds and sun loungers, with a heated Jacuzzi next to it.
(on request and at extra cost), open on the same dates as the pool. The restored barn also houses a changing room with shower and WC. Guests have access to 2 mountain bikes, a barbecue area and table tennis. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, and all rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is also equipped with WiFi Internet access. The price includes: welcome buffet, wine tasting, excursion to the Tiber Valley with the owner. Breakfasts, round-trip airport transfers, hot-air balloon flights and wine tastings are available on request and payable on site. Central heating. Parking on the property.

ACCOMMODATION: (500 m2) Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with large decorative fireplace, kitchen, laundry room. 1st Floor: living room with decorative fireplace and small balcony overlooking the park, small lounge, 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (shower), 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom (shower). 2nd Floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with bathroom (shower), 1 bathroom (shower).
Some double rooms can be converted into twin rooms and vice versa.
