Old stone country house of 250 m2 in a small village, ideal for 10 people with 5 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, fenced swimming pool, panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor meals, barbecue, wood-burning oven, Wi-Fi internet connection and parking. The property is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, for families or groups of nature-loving friends.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The 1000 m2 outdoor area is well-maintained with plants and flowers, and features a splendid panoramic terrace at the front, where you can lose yourself in the wonders of the surrounding countryside; it is perfectly furnished with garden furniture for relaxing moments, and a table and parasol for al fresco dining. Next door, still in a panoramic position, is the garden with olive trees and tall trees; it is equipped with sunbeds and features external hot-water showers and a shady pergola. The rectangular swimming pool, partly above-ground but expertly camouflaged, measures 7.30x3.50 with a depth of 1.30 metres and is fully enclosed by a low wooden fence. Guests also have at their disposal a portable barbecue as well as a rustic barbecue with a wood-burning oven, practical for pizza. An external room houses the laundry facilities. Parking outside the property.
Interiors
Restored in 2014, the property retains the charm of a typical Tuscan stone house, with wooden beams on the ceilings and characteristic red-brick vaults. The property is laid out over three levels, communicating from the inside. The first floor opens onto the large living room, characterized by arches and large bay windows; it is used as a dining room and living room with a large table and sofas. Next door is the fully equipped professional kitchen. A courtesy bathroom completes the first floor. Access to the second floor is via internal staircases, but also from the external parking lot: here you'll find 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second floor, connected only from the inside, has 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and shower, and access to a balcony equipped with armchairs and a small garden table to enjoy the splendid view over the valley.
Position
Borgo di Gebbia is part of a tiny village on the hills at 500 m.slnm, between the valleys of the Sienese and Aretino countryside. You can sweep your gaze across vast forests and cultivated countryside.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. One side of the house and terrace opens onto a small square with parking, adjacent to other houses. Only small pets are allowed.

The nearby town of Civitella in Val di Chiana, for example, is a tiny village that bears witness to the excellent preservation of typical Lombard forts. Arezzo and Florence are within easy reach.
