It is part of a large estate with meadows and woods from which peace and tranquility emanate. The elevated position offers fantastic views over the surrounding valley. The property is ideal for a family with children, or for couples of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing vacation, alternating with excursions to the many villages in this part of Tuscany, with San Gimignano at the top of the list, as well as Florence and Siena. Panoramic sliding glass doors on all sides open onto the stone-paved courtyard, part of which is meadowland and fully equipped with garden furniture, with its central swimming pool (8x5 con central hydro-massage zone prof.( 0,90-1,00) (01/05-10/10).
Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, Wi Fi internet connection, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption, pool and garden maintenance, for bookings of more than 1 week 1 cleaning service with linen change is included. Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed on request. For stays with a pet, the deposit will be 1000,00 Eu. No drinking water. Check in: 16:00 - 19:00. Late arrivals will incur a surcharge of 40 euros.
