Property for exclusive use
Podere Vitareto is a 350 m2 stone country house in a panoramic position, with a large garden and private swimming pool. The structure has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is adapted to easily accommodate 8 people. It is equipped with Wifi internet connection, satellite TV and a loggia with barbecue for al fresco dining, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside.
Outdoor spaces and swimming pool
The house features 1000 m2 of garden, much of it laid to lawn with large trees, plants and shade shrubs, creating a particularly comfortable atmosphere for pleasant moments of relaxation and outdoor living. Inside the garden is the swimming pool, measuring 10x5 with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. It features a Roman staircase to enter the water and is surrounded by a large solarium area equipped with sunbeds, a parasol and an unheated shower. On one side of the house, guests can enjoy a covered gazebo with table, chairs and rustic barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A second covered loggia is just off the entrance. Interiors
The house has been recently restructured, retaining the characteristics of the original materials, such as wooden beams, terracotta and stone walls and vaulted ceilings, leaving the magical atmosphere of ancient Tuscan country houses intact. The equipment and furnishings are characteristic, giving the house the typical flavor of country homes. The main entrance, on the first floor, opens onto a large living room with satellite TV, DVD player and Hi-fi; next door is the dining room, which leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with table for 4. A bathroom with shower completes the first floor. A large stone staircase leads to the second floor, comprising a hallway, a bright living room with a large fireplace, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bath, 1 double bedroom. A steep wooden staircase leads up to the turret, where there is 1 bedroom with 2 beds, suitable for children.
Location
The residence is immersed in the green Tuscan hills overlooking the evocative medieval village of Rigomagno and a large part of the wide Chiana Valley. The panorama is suggestive, with the countryside changing color according to the season.
Facilities
Podere Vitareto is equipped with Wifi internet connection, heating with fan, cot, high chair, hairdryer, mosquito nets on the ground and second floor windows, parking on the property.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), 1 set of towels for the pool (for multi-week bookings), internet connection, water and gas consumption, cot and high chair, welcome basket with seasonal vegetables from the orchard. On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking lessons, housekeeping and baby-sitting.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/6 to 30/9. Access to the property via 600 meters of dirt road. Only small pets are allowed on request. The keyholder, who lives 30 meters from Podere Vitareto in a completely independent position, accesses the property once a week to clean the pool.

The position of the house, very close to the freeway junction, provides easy access to the main tourist attractions of Tuscany. There are numerous cultural and oenogastronomic itineraries to the main centers of Tuscany, such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence, as well as Umbria, including Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The Chianti area is less than an hour away by car.
