This beautiful house is located in the heart of Tuscany, on the outskirts of the small town of Rapolano Terme, famous for its beneficial thermal springs and for the beauty of the landscape of the Sienese hills, known as the Crêtes Siennoises. The area is characterized by splendid medieval villages immersed in a region of great charm. Close to the villa is the Siena/Bettolle expressway, which takes you to Siena in around 15 minutes, and to Florence and Arezzo in less than an hour. In the small center of Armaiolo, there's a characteristic restaurant open all year round, within walking distance (approx. 400 m). The property has been painstakingly and patiently restored from an ancient brick oven into an elegant, welcoming villa that retains many of its original architectural features, such as brick arches, vaulted ceilings with antique wooden beams and travertine stone external walls. The kitchen is bright and welcoming, and guests can enjoy breakfast outside under the arbour. The garden with barbecue area is equipped for al fresco dining. Second floor (accessed from the first floor via an iron and wooden staircase, or directly from the garden, which is on an upper level - pool level): bright living room with fireplace (satellite TV, DVD player) featuring wooden beams and terracotta tiles, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with air-conditioning and private bathroom with shower (hairdryer). The bedroom with the arch has direct access to an external patio equipped with table and chairs under the arbour. The living room leads directly to the garden and swimming pool.
