Elegant villa (500 m2) built in the second half of the 18th century, set in over 7 hectares of woodland and olive groves in the Valdinievole region near Montecatini and Monsummano Terme. The owners have carried out a careful and rigorous restoration, using only building materials recovered from the region, and creating a living structure that complies with bio-architectural standards. 360° views of the surrounding hills from the garden. Very quiet location: the few passing cars belong to local residents, and the road in front of the villa is a dead-end. Private in-ground pool (12x6, 1.35 m deep) (19/04-11/10) with counter-current swimming system, hydro-massage, changing room, WC and shower, located on a natural terrace a few meters below the house, and equipped with tables and chairs, a small children's play area with slide and swing. Furnished mainly with antique furniture, period doors, antique prints and Persian rugs. The entire property is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home. Services to be requested when booking (rates on request): domestic help, cook, linen change during the week, chauffeur with car or with car belonging to the customer, babysitter, possibility of home shopping delivery, hairdresser, beautician and massage service, bodyguard. ATTENTION: During winter, Villa Roncovisi can be perfectly divided into two totally independent parts (two kitchens, two entrance gates, 2 parking areas etc.): VILLA RONCOVISI A (7-11 places) and VILLA RONCOVISI B (6-8 places) which can be rented separately. VILLA RONCOVISI A and VILLA RONCOVISI B are totally independent, as there are two separate external entrance gates and two parking areas, the garden is open, but each part of the Villa opens onto its own individual space, with an internal gate separating the 2 houses.
VILLA DELL'ANGELO is located on the same property, 30m away, but in a totally independent position. The two villas can be booked together for a total of 21-29 people.
Arrivals must take place between 16:00 and 19:00.
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: living room with antique fireplace, game table and double sofa bed, small living/dining room with table for 8, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster) with table for 6, 1 bathroom with hydro-massage shower. 1°Et: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub, 2 double bedrooms with king-size bed and each with bathroom with hydro-massage shower. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. All beds are fitted with special Waterlily mattresses for maximum comfort. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. The electrical system in each room is fitted with a mains bio-switch (automatic mains circuit breaker) which, when the lights are switched off, removes the voltage from the room's lines. This allows you to rest in a space free of magnetic fields.
