It was an excellent stay. We received a wonderful welcome from the agency who had to share with us essential and very targeted advice on both the cultural and gastronomic level. A very beautiful house in a magnificent setting, the rest was with the appointment! However we would like to mention some negative points : - Uncomfortable spring mattresses, - The pool, although superb and maintained, is surrounded by several trees/palm trees whose residues end up falling and piling up at the bottom of the pool. Nice house in quiet residential area. Ideal for couple with children. Very well located in Moraira, close to shops and beach. Negative points: bedding that has outlived its usefulness, the knobs of the gas stove that have some play, uncomfortable sofas, the air conditioning in the master bedroom that is acting up, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom that only works if the light is on. To conclude, the price is high in relation to the house's features.

Very pleasant house, ideal for 4 people. We have already been to Moraira several times and the Carmen house is our favorite!
