The 2 positive points of this apartment are the location and the view. Electricity is not up to standard. The quality of the mattresses is deplorable. There is carpeting all over the floor, which in the living area is a matter of taste, except that there is also carpeting in the bathroom (hygiene problem). No ventilation system and no window in the bathroom. The bathroom carpet is the same as that used by shops at their entrances. The oven temperature control knob must not have been professionally repaired and does not inspire confidence....
