Small single-storey house, not overlooked, ideal for 2 people or a family.
The house
This vacation rental comprises a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining room opening onto the terrace, and a sitting area with sofa-bed and fireplace. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC. The bedroom has two 90cm beds and a French window opening onto the garden. Outside, you'll find a terrace with a cement barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, and a 1000m² garden with trees and fencing.
Practicalities
During your stay, you'll have access to the beach via a sandy path at the rear of the house. WI-FI is available, but no TV antenna. You can connect your computer to the TV, but no channels.
For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen is optional, charged at €35 per room. It will be dropped off on your arrival by our service provider LOCLINGE and returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that beds are not made up on arrival unless you wish, for a supplement of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional fee will be charged:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €100
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €70

Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré is one of the oldest seaside resorts, offering 6 km of Blue Flag 2015 beaches hidden behind the dunes.
The village center is bustling with shops (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, boutiques) and, in season, a daily market, the biggest on the island, with its friendly atmosphere and numerous stalls of all kinds.
From May to September, let yourself be charmed by the white streets and alleys lined with hollyhocks.
