Pleasant studio in a residence located 50 meters from the harbor entrance channel. The main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne is accessible by ferry at 100 m in summer, and a beach on the corniche is 550 m away. Quartier de la Chaume, an old fishing village with narrow streets and a lively quay. All shops 450 m away and Les Sables d'Olonne town center 3000 m away. On 4th floor with elevator: entrance with cupboard, living room with kitchenette: 1 140cm sofa-bed and 1 130cm sofa-bed - Shower room with WC.
