Ideally located, 38 m² T2 apartment on the second floor of a residence with elevator.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure parking lot.
The apartment features a large entrance hall, a living room with a double bed (BZ 140cm) and a TV (no WIFI), all opening onto a small balcony for outdoor meals.
A small open kitchen with hob, Top fridge and multifunction microwave.
A small bedroom with a 90 cm-wide bed, two 80 cm-wide folding beds and a closet, and an umbrella bed. There are no shutters, but a blackout blind.
Bathroom with washing machine and separate WC.
All amenities are nearby (market, restaurants, stores, bike rental), as are the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and bike paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you're coming by train.
