Nice location, but a lack of cleanliness, dishes, coffee maker, oven, hood were greasy and/or dirty. Ventilation vents, light strip filled with dust, presence of dust on the ceiling, roller shutters are defective, there are many messages in the apartment not to close the shutters completely, defective shower hose, etc.... I called the agency to report them and even sent an email for a contradictory finding. It would be desirable for the agency to make a more thorough visit and for the owner to do work for the daily maintenance and repair the shutters that we cannot close completely. Sincerely.
