For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure underground parking lot.
The living room features a sofa bed for two people, a small dining area and TV (this apartment does not have WIFI), opening onto a small south-facing balcony.
Separate kitchen with gas hob, oven, TOP fridge and microwave.
A large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), also opening onto the balcony. A bathroom with washing machine. And a separate WC.
You'll find all the shops you need at the foot of the residence (market, restaurants, boutiques, bike rental), as well as the beach (100 m away) for afternoon swims or picnics, and bike paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you're coming by train.
