Small T1 bis apartment, approx. 33 m², on the ground floor of a quiet residence in the Pereire district.
It has a terrace with a pleasant small garden to enjoy outdoor meals with friends or family.
No parking is available, but on-street parking is free.
In the entrance cabin, you'll find a bunk bed that sleeps two in 90.
The main room has a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm), so you can relax after a day out in the beautiful town of Arcachon, accompanied by a cupboard, a living room with TV (no WIFI) and a small dining area opening onto the terrace.
A small, fully-equipped open kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave.
Bathroom with WC. A cot is also available if required.
You're just 300m from the beach for afternoon swims and 1 km from the town center to take advantage of the many stores. There are a number of local shops within easy reach, and Notre Dame church is close to the apartment.
