Ideally located, small T3 house of approx. 60 m².
Parking is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
You enter through the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo.
The living room with TV, WIFI and small dining area.
A first bathroom with WC. A children's bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps two, with a pull-out bed for extra sleeping space and a desk. Following on from this, a master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and en-suite shower room with WC.
An outside laundry room with washing machine to be shared with your neighbor. There's also a shared courtyard. Your garden furniture is on the side of the cul-de-sac, so you can enjoy outdoor meals with friends or family.
You're close to all the shops for shoppers, as well as restaurants and beaches for picnics and afternoon swims on sunny days. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family and friends.
