This perfectly renovated vacation apartment on the first and top floor of a large villa is composed of three generously sized rooms. Guests have access to a small terrace at the bottom of the garden. The property on a quiet cul-de-sac is ideally located to discover Cannes, take advantage of the fine sandy beaches, stroll along the Boulevard de la Croisette and climb the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals. Here you will spend a dream vacation in a unique and sunny region. Two private and free parking spaces just in front of the house. The swimming pool is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Upon prior request, it can also be used on weekends. On request and for a fee: barbecue, crib and high chair.

Environment and apartment in absolute calm, the house is located in a quiet dead end and at the same time close to the city center (10mn) The apartment is spacious and comfortable The downside would be the shower in my opinion, the glass cabin is a little narrow, a shower Italian could have had its place by removing the 2nd toilet One important piece of information not communicated by the site is that the owners of the house live on site below the apartment even if we had our independent access to the accommodation it would have been wise to let us know on the booking site. The owners are welcoming and available, during our stay we did not cross paths with them but it was a nuisance to go on the terrace for example even if we could not enjoy the pool too cold for this season (end of October). The use of the pool and the terraces is not clearly explained on the site, at the first phone contact the owner tells me that we have access only on weekends! We arrived on a Saturday at the end of the day and we left on a Saturday! The fact that the owners live on the spot is for me a nuisance to access the terraces and the pool is really a pity because the accommodation is really well located and quiet. I still recommend this rental for everything else!
