Property for exclusive use
The villa is located on the hills that rise from the city of Florence towards the Chianti region. It is part of a large estate belonging to a noble Florentine family. The surrounding countryside is a succession of forests, olive groves and vineyards, with scattered farmhouses and church steeples. Cypress trees, the very symbol of Tuscany, stand out above it all. It's the ideal choice for refined groups of friends who love Tuscany and what this region represents for culture and history. The nearby Chiantigiana (Chianti road) offers a beautiful, at times panoramic, route to the most famous Chianti towns, such as Greve, San Polo and Panzano, or to nearby Siena. From Panzano, the road runs along the crest of the hills, through a succession of unique landscapes. You'll be spoilt for choice as to where to take your vacation photos. Florence can be reached in 20 minutes by car, but you can also take public transport, which is only a few kilometers away, so you won't have to search for a parking space. For golf lovers, the Ugolino golf courses are nearby. There are two well-equipped pergolas in the spacious garden where you can relax or dine al fresco. On a lower terrace is the infinity pool (12x8 prof. 1.50)(01/05-15/10) with the pool-house next door, complete with shower and drinks fridge. The villa's furnishings are largely made up of antique pieces that have retained their singular charm. Always included in the rental price: buffet breakfast (served only between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.), daily maid service from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (except Saturday and Sunday), weekly change of bed and bath linen. Central heating and portable air conditioning in all rooms, stairlift to second floor.
On request and payable on site: additional housekeeper or linen change, cook, cooking lessons and baby sitter.
Parking is located just outside the gates.
PLEASE NOTE: The owner lives in the other wing of the villa, with independent entrance and gardens that in no way interfere with mutual privacy.
Electricity included up to 1250 kWh (over 1250 kWh/to be paid according to consumption).
