Nice 55m² apartment fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people. This apartment is located in a Haussmann district, 10 minute walk from the department stores (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette) and the Opera Garnier, in a typical Parisian building with concierge, secure access code and intercom. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, courtyard, so it is very quiet. It consists of a large main room equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV, high speed internet wifi or ethernet, a table with 6 chairs for dining and a large well equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe with hanging space to store your belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed underneath, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. There is the bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin and a hairdryer.This apartment is located in Paris Center, 10 minutes walk from the Opera Garnier, 20 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées and 5 minutes from the Moulin Rouge. The neighborhood is perfect from a cultural point of view: there are many theaters, the Casino de Paris within 2 minutes and finally the Moulin Rouge. You will find happiness by shopping in the department stores in less than 10 minutes: Le Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, and many gourmet restaurants and bistros and all amenities. The Opéra-Madeleine neighborhood extends over the eastern part of the 8th arrondissement and the bottom of the 9th arrondissement. Known for the magnificent Palais Garnier, today referred to as the Opéra Garnier, it is a business neighborhood that is also ideal for shopping and going out (concerts, theaters, shows, bars, clubs). First appearing in the middle of the 19th century, the Grands Magasins (department stores) are now an integral part of the Parisian landscape. Considered to be Europe's No. 1 shopping center with 120 million visitors annually, the boulevard Haussmann alone is a veritable city within a city. “Galeries Lafayette” is particularly worthy of a glance for its “Belle Epoque” dome and its display windows at Christmastime.
