Large two-storey loft-style apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of an old building in the center of Paris, the Haut Marais, a stone's throw from the very shopping rue de Bretagne and not far from all the attractions. The entrance to the apartment opens onto a large hallway which leads to the open rooms: the separate toilets are directly in the entrance, as well as large cupboards to store your belongings. Then you have the bathroom. It is equipped with washing machine, dryer, large shower and vanity unit. The living room with decorative fireplace and hi-fi system, sofa and armchairs is very welcoming. Then you have the large fully equipped kitchen with a round table that can accommodate up to four people. The plates and the oven are gas. At the end of the large loft space you find a first bedroom with a double bed (the only closed bedroom in the apartment). Polished concrete steps in the living room lead upstairs, the office, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed. The space is very bright thanks to the row of windows. You have a view over the roofs of Paris and the open sky since there is no vis-à-vis. The apartment is also very quiet as it overlooks the courtyard. The mixture of different raw materials such as waxed concrete and wood gives this loft its special charm. This rental is ideal for a family or a group of four people.
