In a quiet street in the hills above Arcachon, between the town center and the town of Hiver, T2 apartment, approx. 55 m², on the ground floor of a house. The first floor can be occupied during rental periods.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The living room has a 140cm-wide sofa bed, two beds, TV (no WIFI) and a small dining area.
There's also a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, and an en suite shower room with toilet.
There's a lovely terrace equipped with a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends.
Parking is downhill from the garage, to which you have no access, and there's another terrace below.
You're just a 10-minute walk from all the shops for shoppers, as well as restaurants and beaches for picnics and afternoon swims on sunny days. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family or friends.
