Walking distance to the beach in a secure vacation residence set in a ten-hectare park, comfortable renovated apartment, parking at the foot of the building, terrace and small garden. One bedroom with a bed for a couple, a very small bedroom with a mezzanine bed (possibility of putting a cot underneath), a large living room (larger than the average apartment in the residence, i.e. 25 m²) with fitted kitchen, 160 cm sofa bed and a single bed opening onto the terrace. In the residence, secure swimming pool, children's playground, ping pong table, volleyball court, snack bar, access to the beach on foot. Bicycle path linking Saint Tropez to Sainte Maxime.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
