Good location, but very poorly soundproofed and outdated house, not maintained, tiles coming loose on the mezzanine, bunk bed slats that don't hold. Big problem with the electricity, the current jumps as soon as you turn on the hotplates and, above all, don't take a shower at the same time as there's a risk of electrocution. Equipped with the bare minimum and no exterior maintenance. Fridge doesn't close, so it's hard to keep things cold. Comfortable mattresses.
