Apartment for 4 people + terrace of 92 m² at 350 m from the beach:
Our apartment is located in Spain in L'Estartit (100 km from Perpignan), in a small recent building of only 5 apartments. The pool and garden are shared with another small residence (secure access).
The atmosphere is very family friendly.
The apartment has a private and secure parking space.
It is ideally located: 200 m from the centre of l'Estartit and shops, 350 m from the large fine sandy beach (about 5 min on foot), 9 km from the golf course, 40 km from the station (Figueras or Girona) and 45 km from the airport (Girona).
Our 55 m² apartment is located on the ground floor, with a 92 m² terrace (entirely walled) facing south-east, where you can have your meals and relax (deckchairs).
This one is composed of:
- a fully equipped independent kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hobs, oven, hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, small hand vacuum cleaner;
- a living room with dining area and lounge area (sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV with French channels and DVD player);
- a large bedroom with a double bed in 150 and many storage spaces;
- a bedroom with a 90 cm bed + a 90 cm drawer bed, a desk and a large wardrobe;
- a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, storage space, bidet and WC;
- a terrace with a table, 4 chairs, 1 parasol, 2 deckchairs, 1 suspended deckchair and a recliner.
Additional equipment: electric barbecue, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner without bag, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, possibility of a cot.
No smoking accommodation and pets not allowed.
L'Estartit is a seaside resort on the Costa Brava (Spain) located 70 km from the French border. It has a superb fine sandy beach 5 km long, shallow and ideal for children, but also very beautiful rocky coves and magnificent islands: the Medes Islands, a nature reserve that makes L'Estartit a mecca for scuba diving.
L'Estartit is a charming little marina, overlooked by a green hinterland and will be, during your stay, the ideal starting point to discover the region, from Cadaques to Barcelona.
L'Estartit is 40 km from Figueras, 45 km from Girona and Rosas, 60 km from Cadaques, 140 km from Barcelona and 240 km from Salou (Port Aventura).
