Charming summer house, perfect for your family holiday in Hospitalet de L'Infant, 1-minute walk from El Arenal Beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of Hospitalet de L'Infant, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.
The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, we highly recommend them!
The house is part of the UHC ARENAL II FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and another smaller one for kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet part of the town. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach.
The house consists of 4 floors connected by an internal staircase:
The ground floor located at the level of the community garden and pool has:
- Terrace - Exterior porch of about 50 m2 with access to the community garden.
- Pleasant living room with access to the large terrace.
- Well equipped independent kitchen.
- Courtesy toilet.
On the first floor we find:
- En-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace with pleasant views of the sea. Private bathroom. This bedroom has a split air-conditioning unit.

The upper floor consists of:

Well located accommodation, very close to a beautiful beach. First problem: the need to collect the keys in Salou, 20 minutes from the accommodation. The house is large and the rooms are functional But it is damp (musty smell). Only one deckchair completely torn and unusable in the garden. The shutters are all broken, not a room where we could hold them in open position. As we had wind, it slammed a lot. As for the equipment, very well for the dishes but the refrigerator functioned very badly, frost permanently, that was announced but nothing was made. We spent half a day on our arrival to defrost the fridge + to clean because there was sand under the furniture ... we reported it immediately, with photos, but no action, we had to pay the cleaning at the end of stay in full (we would have appreciated a commercial gesture). A vacuum cleaner is absolutely missing, considering the size of the accommodation. The bathroom linen was of good quality and in good quantity. It would be necessary to add at least a dish towel in the kit. There is also a lack of information about the parking rules: free for residents, you should have a certificate of residence to avoid paying the 45€ for the week... I had asked if there was a baby bed and a high chair. This service was offered to me for 100€. Of the blow seen the price, we brought ours and surprise, by arriving in the house, there was everything on the spot. In summary, the house has a good potential but it is too expensive considering the number of negative points. The refrigerator is to be changed imperatively, it does not function any more.

Air conditioning was missing in one room, too bad, we had to get a fan, sunbeds, insufficient ventilation in the bathrooms. Bathrooms and toilets without windows, a spare key for the door is missing. It would be necessary to have fans at disposal, attention the fridge was not too cold. Access to the garage through the house impossible!
