To be clear, the description is misleading. This apartment shouldn't be let without major painting and upgrading work, the balconies are dirty and unusable, and the rear one is cluttered with ladders The common areas: entrance, staircase, electrical installations are in such a state that you feel like turning around when you arrive. It's not the "3-star" we were promised, it's closer to a slum. I'm not even talking about the soundproofing problems. The neighbors upstairs and downstairs are in our house, and we can hear every conversation. We have lodged a complaint, and are awaiting your reply. The only positive point is the reception of the person in charge of giving us the keys. She's top notch despite everything she hears, but that's not her fault.
