Rental of a 24m² studio apartment for two people, sea view.
It is located on the second floor with elevator in a secure residence, fifty meters from the main beach and in the heart of LACANAU-OCEAN.
It is composed of a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a main room where there is a BZ sofa bed for two people.
It has a balcony where you can eat with a view of the ocean.
It has a microwave oven, television.....
Bike room in the residence.
Nearby: all shops (mini-markets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, discos...), as well as doctor, pharmacy...
We do not accept animals and we do not rent by the night.
Possibility to rent by the month except July/August
A deposit cheque of 500€ will be requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if no problems are detected.
The car is to be parked in the street: paying in the neighboring streets, free when moving away.
Possibility to reserve a place in the municipal car park (subject to availability): contact us.
It is also possible to rent bed and bathroom linen: 30€ per week.
