Equipment a little dated or damaged that should be changed: coffee maker, cushion cover, rod, soap holder in the shower, bed base of the sofa bed... The terrace and its contents (table, deckchairs, floor) had not been cleaned. Very positive point: presence of the swimming pool in the residence; it is a pity, however, that it can be accessed from the street rather than from the gardens of the residence.
