TTraditional country house from the 18th century, located in one of the quietest and most charming places in the north of the island, 5 minutes by car from San Miguel, 12 minutes from Benirrás Beach and the Port of San Miguel. The farm is rehabilitated, 'possession' of an Ibizan family.
It is distributed as follows:
Large living-dining room at the entrance and full kitchen (in the background).
1 double bedroom with exterior bathroom.
2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds.
1 full bathroom outside the house.
On the side of the ground floor we find:
1 double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the patio.
On the top floor:
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, small living room with TV and beautiful views of the countryside.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The exterior has a large pool (8.50 x 4.20 m), garden, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue area, dining room for 10 people, chill-out, several areas to sit and relax under the fruit trees .
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Cleaning service: complete every 7 days.
