This spacious and cozy house, decorated with great taste, is located just 3 km from the beach of La Zenia in Orihuela Costa and only 500 m from a large shopping area with stores and restaurants. Distributed on two floors, the second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace with gas barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings in the company of family and friends.

Accommodation with only one air conditioner on the ground floor, the rooms were not equipped with it so to sleep with temperatures that do not go below 30 degrees at night is impossible. We had to buy fans on the spot. The shower curtains are all moldy as well as the joints. The washing machine is broken, it is held together with tape and you have to use a knife to jam the on/off button. The flush of the toilet on the ground floor has to be changed, I have repaired it every day. Then the shutters are old and the one of the room broke when I wanted to open it, I called the man who is responsible for the housing but he never answered me I sent messages, he answered me several days later by telling me to send photos and that's all... To date I think that the shutter is still not repaired except that it gives access to the terrace of the 1st floor which we could not access during our vacations. I think that some renovation work should be done as well as installing air conditioning and changing some equipment. The agent who comes to give us the keys to the accommodation and take them back is always more than 30 minutes late and is not available by phone. When you arrive on site after 15 hours of driving and you are made to wait in the car under 40 degrees for more than 30 minutes with children, it is not normal. However, apart from that our stay went well, the swimming pool of the residence is at the top, very clean, well maintained. The neighborhood which is composed of owners are great. Very calm district, there is all has proximity, the beaches are splendid...
