Located in the commune of Saignon in the Luberon regional natural park (55 minutes from Avignon and its festival and 50 minutes from Isle sur Sorgues and its antique dealers), enjoy this 170 m2 Provençal villa on its half hectare plot on the banks of the Calavon river.
Sunny, quiet, a few km from Saignon and the famous Provencal market of Apt, very comfortable (5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful equipped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven...), it will comfortably accommodate 12 people for beautiful holidays or long weekends of walks in Provence and its classified villages (cycle path of Calavon in front of the house, Saignon 4km, Roussillon and its ochres 15 km, Bonnieux 18km, Gordes 25 km...)
