Tuscan villa with swimming pool and park, set in the olive grove-covered hills overlooking Montecatini Terme and the entire Val di Nievole. Perfectly restored, it is ideally placed for quick access to the famous spas of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme, as well as to the main Tuscan cities of Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and also to the coast and splendid beaches of Versilia. The property consists of two buildings, the main villa and an outbuilding with loggia equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen with fireplace and barbecue.
