The Uliveta del Luschi estate lies on the gentle hills overlooking the sea of Castiglioncello and Rosignano, strategically located for visiting Tuscany's most beautiful towns. The accommodation is an ideal solution for a group of friends who like to vary their vacations, enjoying both the sea (beaches and rocks) and visits to the surrounding area to discover the many small historic towns. The lively town of Castiglioncello, rich in cultural events, is nearby, as is the Etruscan city of Volterra, well worth a day trip. Also worth a visit are the small towns of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, bustling with stores and small restaurants where you can sample local specialties and prestigious wines. The house is surrounded by a garden planted with olive trees, featuring an arbour for outdoor dining, a gazebo with cooking area, barbecue, wood-burning oven, illuminated circular swimming pool (diam. 9 m; depth 2 m) (15/05-30/09), outdoor hot shower, tennis court, table tennis.
