Welcome to the wonderful Loft in Gràcia with a large and private 30m2 terrace, solarium area and community pool! In addition, you have the option of parking in the building for €25/day (optional). The apartment is very well located, with the Joanic metro station (L4) within walking distance, which makes it easy to access the main points of interest in Barcelona.
This Holiday Loft in Gràcia with Terrace and Pool has an open layout, which means that the rest areas are not private. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the private terrace and, from there, to the community pool. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. If you go up the stairs to the mezzanine, you will discover another double bed and a living area with another double sofa bed. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. In addition, you will have clean towels and bed linen for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor, allowing you to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. For your comfort, the apartment also has an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer. In addition, you will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the accommodation.
