Hello, Unfortunately very disappointed by this stay and more particularly by this residence. Would deserve a refresh of the gardens, outdoor furniture provided, no deckchair, no air conditioning, furniture, appliances. Old-fashioned interior, moldy bathroom seals, mildew, etc. Also on the wall where the TV cabinet used to be, and outside unkempt. Pool small, no shade and no parasol available. Refreshment bar always closed in the middle of the day. I'm not going back. It's a real shame.

Dirty accommodation on arrival which gives a very bad impression. Unpleasant smell, fridge not cleaned (there was blood, certainly meat), we did not even dare to use the microwave. The fan was full of dust, to be able to use it, we had to dismantle it completely and clean it.... Dirty glasses in the cupboard.... The lack of cleanliness did not make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived... We didn't even take our clothes out of the suitcases.... Too bad that the pool and the playground close at 7pm, a bit early in vacations... The residence is not very lively. A snack corner open in the evening would have been appreciated. We will not recommend this place, despite a very welcoming staff.

Small house 6 people comfortable, good for a couple and 2 children (adult room separated by a curtain from the space with the other sofa bed upstairs + 1 sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor) with outdoor space where we can eat. Pleasant during our stay at the end of October: little noise, for the summer it would be necessary to have air-conditioning on the other hand, but it is a priori in project. Good for the surrounding area; Béziers, Narbonne, Pézenas, Gruissan, the beaches of Valras, Vias, Vendres,. Well located at 2' from the small and pleasant town of Colombiers on the Canal du Midi. Shops nearby. TV and dishwasher. Dogs accepted, thank you (even if you have to pay a supplement : 46€ for our one week stay).
