The former farmhouse with large garden and pool is furnished in rustic rural style; on the first floor a cozy kitchen and living room with fireplace; the somewhat winding house is surrounded by various terraces. Seating areas with pizza oven and barbecue; on the spacious garden plot you have exclusive use of the pool with its sun terrace. The vacation home is located in the hills between Arezzo and Sansepolcro - both cities are about 20 km away. In Monterchi you will find restaurants, bars, grocery stores and on Sunday mornings a colorful weekly market! Distance to the country road below 700m. Unasphalted access road.
