Charming detached vacation home with pool and children's playground, just 15 km from the sandy beaches of Viareggio. The house is nestled a 4000 sqm park with soccer field, basketball court, slide and swings, and offers areas for outdoor dining and barbecue. The position is ideal not only to reach the famous beaches of Lido di Camaiore (18 km), the carnival town of Viareggio or the fashionable Forte dei Marmi (29 km), but also to visit Carrara with its precious marble (50 km) and Pietrasanta (19 km) ? the city of sculptors and statues. For nature and sport lovers: the Antro del Corchia cave (37.4 km) in the Apuan Alps Park, with tunnels and springs (70 km) that make it the most important karst complex in Italy; the famous Grotta del Vento cave (58 km) with a stop in the town of Colonnata, famous for its delicacy Lardo di Colonnata (bacon); the trails of Lake Massaciuccoli (18 km) with the ruins of Roman thermal baths. Not to forget a 20 km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia. For art lovers: Pisa (28 km) with the famous Leaning Tower; Lucca (18 km), the city of towers; Florence (94 km), the cradle of the Renaissance.
