Friendly vacation home with pool in hilly position, located about 5km above the small village of Capolona. On the ground floor large dining room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen; bedrooms with bathrooms on the 1st floor. Rustic furnishings. On the large, well-kept garden property, guests have several covered seating areas with barbecue at their disposal. Especially beautiful is the private pool, elegantly curved and romantically situated; surrounded by wide terraces and flowering flora: the suitable destination for guests who want to make themselves really comfortable in a small paradise. In a quarter of an hour drive you can reach Arezzo (15km), where you can start the day with a cappuccino or start the evening in style with an aperitif in Piazza Grande. In the opposite direction you have a wide choice of worth seeing towns, castles and borghi of the Casentino and the nearby Arno Valley. In Capolona (5km) you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants: try the local Casentino cuisine! Bed linen change during the week against payment on site.
