Are you looking for a friendly campsite close to the ocean and only 6 km from the center of Les Sables d'Olonne? Stop! Camping le Bel Air 5* will be your next vacation destination!
After a stroll along the superb Atlantic coast, sampling the specialties of the Vendée or simply sunbathing on the beach, you'll be able to take advantage of the superb facilities worthy of a campsite in this category.
Open from April to November, the full range of services and entertainment is available throughout the season, so whatever your vacation dates, Le Bel Air promises you a holiday filled with pleasure and leisure.
You'll find 1,000 m² dedicated to the pleasures of water, including one of the largest indoor water parks in the Vendée, heated to 29°c: paddling pools, jacuzzi slide, counter-current river, sauna, hammam and fitness room! Something for everyone! And new for 2024, in addition to last year's facelift, the outdoor area is expanding with the creation of 2 new slides and a wild river!
The icing on the cake is that you'll be staying in well-appointed, quality mobile homes with TV and plancha included.

- Description of the Aquatic Area:
No less than 1000 m² for splashing about, swimming, pirouetting, in short... having fun! A covered area heated to 29° from April to November, with slide, counter-current river, paddling pool and whirlpool. Relax in the sauna and hammam (over 18s only).
An outdoor, heated aquatic area with a wide range of balneotherapy equipment, whirlpool baths and more. All in all, relaxation and fun!
And new for 2024, the outdoor area has been enlarged with the creation of a wild river and 2 slides, including one with buoys, for even more fun and slides!
In summer, you'll even be able to enjoy a third swimming pool in the estate residence opposite the campsite.

Aquatic area opening dates and times:
- Open all season (opening times vary according to the season, please consult us).
- Heated indoor pool: open from 06/04 to 03/11.
- Outdoor pool: open from 06/04 to 03/11, and heated from 15/06 to 15/09, subject to weather conditions.
- Residence outdoor pool: open from 06/15 to 09/15, weather permitting.
NB: Swimming shorts are not permitted. Bathing suit or boxer shorts compulsory. Supervised swimming.
Opening times are indicative and subject to change. Access to aquatic areas may be subject to restrictions, depending on weather and sanitary conditions, and any maintenance work in progress at the time of your stay.
- Entertainment:
Numerous activities are organized by the entertainment team throughout the season: family Olympics, aquagym, wake-up and muscle-building classes, fitness, stretching, and various billiards, table soccer, ping-pong, soccer, pétanque, shuffleboard and molki tournaments, not forgetting aperitif games to keep the family and friends busy.
There's also something for everyone every evening: art shows, cabarets, foam parties, dance parties, board games, scuba diving initiation (extra charge), laser game, Cuban salsa, pétanque tournaments, stretching, shower gym, pilates, big-screen broadcasts of major sporting events and musical quizzes. We're there from morning till night!
On-site facilities: multi-sports field, playground, skate park for teenagers, fitness room (reserved for over-18s and bookable at reception), games room, table tennis, billiards, table soccer, pétanque, mini-golf, bike and electric bike hire.
For kids and teens, the clubs are the place to be..:
Kids Club (4-12 yrs): open during spring, summer and autumn vacations, Monday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm.
Juniors and Teens Club (13-17 years): open only during summer school vacations, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 5pm.
Timetables are indicative and subject to change. The entertainment program may be subject to certain adjustments, and activities may not be available from time to time, depending on the weather, visitor numbers and official sanitary conditions in force at the time of your stay.
- Services available on site:
The comfort of a 5* campsite also means that its services are open throughout the season... A real plus when choosing your campsite. This is of course the case here from 06/04 to 03/11: in low season, however, a lighter schedule with opening days and times to be consulted on site, then every day during the spring, summer and autumn school vacations.
The Bar/Brasserie serves pizzas, homemade dishes of the day and other meals to make the most of your vacation without having to cook every day.
In the grocery store, you'll find a hot-spot with bread and pastries baked on site, plus general groceries.
To keep you connected in complete peace, there's a free wifi point at the campsite bar (limited to 30 min/apparatus/day), otherwise at an extra charge in the rest of the campsite.
The campsite also has a launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers (extra charge), as well as ironing boards and irons, and vacuum cleaners (on request from reception).
A recharging point for electric vehicles is available at the campsite (details available on site).

Pet supplement: (1 pet maximum per rental. Cats accepted. NAC refused)
Small animals weighing less than 10 kg: Authorized - 8 €/day/pet

Vaccination certificate required. It is strictly forbidden to leave pets unattended in the accommodation. They must always be kept on a leash at the campsite.
